Indianna Dawn is modern country with a Nordic flavour. It oozes of life in the country with cornfields and far between the houses. Once in a while cracks appear in the idyllic surface, and life – once so uncomplicated – is suddenly haunted by heartache and other obstacles in the quintet’s songs, which are written and sung with fragility, female strength and understated humour by Dianna Maria Døns.
