The Danish/Icelandic trio Kúra – ’caress’ in Icelandic – play electronica with a rock-like edge and a touch of dub. Their first song “GoGo” was a massive underground hit, but with their new record and their minimalist and melancholy sound they now enter the spotlight. When Kúra go on stage, they play the melodica, synth, guitar and sing, and then they bring a drummer along to emphasize their rock dimension.
