One might imagine My Bubba & Mi as two female employees on one of the first American steelworks who have succeeded in piecing together a time machine and who then travel to our time with their banjo and guitar as their only luggage. In any case they bring an old American songwriter tradition with them into the present, and they wrap it in homemade songs that are delicate and lasting.
